Setting up Facebook Developer Toolkit in VS.NET

Jul 16, 2007 at 6:35 PM
Hi I was wondering how to set up the developer toolkit in Visual Studio .NET? Can I just all the dll files as reference to my project, or is there some other sort of installation process. Also, I can use VS .NET (not express edition) as my IDE?

Thanks,
David

Nevermind, I figured in out. It does work in the regular versions of VS.
For other noobs like me, add project reference to the dll's, and then in the component window you can add components and after it displays a list of components, you can manually add the facebook ones by pointing it to the dlls.

Thanks. I will add something to the doc around this.

In the original release, we had an installer that handled all this. We are discussing creating installers again for future release.
