Does anyone know a good hosting service for facebook applications made with this toolkit?

I have only tried one: godaddy. It works fine. They use 2.0 at medium trust but do allow outbound http connections. That is the important thing about your hoster because facebook requires that you make api calls back to them from within your facebook applications. I had trouble at the beginning but godaddy fixed it and now my apps work great. There may be better hosts out there, but the cheap economy package at godaddy works just fine. They give you 1 SQL Server database and 10 mysql dbs. The SQL Server db works with the database publishing wizard so its a pretty decent development environment. I have to admit that my one application has no users yet so I don't know how well they scale.

I have been using Discount ASP.Net without any problems. They also support scheduled running of pages to allow you to perform automatic system processing at specific intervals (very powerful - haven't seen any other host provide this, since most hosts don't allow you access to windows scheduler this is very cool!)
