controling height of the box that facebook shows my iframe in

Hi,

I'm using the ifame mode and regardless of the content of my site the facebook frame showing my page is a square box and i get a scroll box on my frame.
I see people with long pages without a scroll.
How do i tell the facebook page to give me a bigger box?
is this only possible with FBML?
Is there a work around, other than using FBML and the fb:iframe? or is this the only way?
Thanks

After looking around on Google and stuff for a bit, I can't really find anything other than using FBML. Someone else had the same problem a couple of weeks ago, and it looks like it never got resolved: https://www.codeplex.com/Thread/View.aspx?ProjectName=FacebookToolkit&ThreadId=16234. Some of the other apps I have installed on my profile (made by other people) seem to be using FBML with some embedded fb:iframes. Post back here if you find any way to do it, though, so other people can figure it out as well.

Hey! I would like an example please. that seems exactly the problem that I am having. Not only the scroll, many more things.

Thank you,

From my understanding, there is a low priority bug/feature request about this to Facebook. So, who knows when it'll get fixed.
