Publishing to a user's feed from an iFrame application

Oct 23, 2009 at 4:30 AM

I am totally lost.

I have created an iframe application, without using a master page, I want to publish the results of the users choices to their wall.

I have created the feed template for the application and can publish it to their profile using API.feed.publishUserAction(), however it only shows as one line and does not appear on the wall.

It is the logged in user I am trying to publish too, not a friend, although that is something I would like to do.

Can someone please provide step-by-step instructions on how to do this.

Thank you in advance.

What is the deal with vatlab's prolific self-promotion of his paid product on this forum?

At a minimum it is annoying, and is generally non-responsive to the requests for assistance he is replying to.

It feels counter to the spirit of Codeplex and open source.  Is it an actual violation of the terms of the codeplex site?
