Requesting Extended permissions from Webapp v3.0

I'm trying to create a button that brings up the request extended permissions diaglog for a user.

I've done it using the desktopsession object by supplying the enum list of the required permissions, i.e.

session = new DesktopSession("78c6b7f6c45d229e2475514f93b9de3a", "b39c35f31340ccb39d84370c03966980", "dac103e4cdf2b5b37f6ff663-728421283", true, new List<Enums.ExtendedPermissions>() { Enums.ExtendedPermissions.offline_access, Enums.ExtendedPermissions.read_stream, Enums.ExtendedPermissions.publish_stream });

session = new DesktopSession("xxx", "xxx", null, true, new List<Enums.ExtendedPermissions>() { Enums.ExtendedPermissions.offline_access, Enums.ExtendedPermissions.read_stream, Enums.ExtendedPermissions.publish_stream });

but the facebook session object doesn't support this.

Can anyone tell me how I go about doing it from a webapp using c#?

So far I have

ConnectSession fb = new ConnectSession("xxx", "xxx");

Api api = new Api(fb);

fb.login()

What do I do next?

Thanks in advance.
