Facebook.Rest.attachment should support comments_xid

There is a field "comments_xid" is missing from Facebook.Rest.attachment
http://wiki.developers.facebook.com/index.php/Attachment_(Streams)

which is used by Facebook.Rest.Api.Stream.Publish(...). Should be relatively easy to add.

this change has been checked in. will be included in version 3.1
