Facebook.Utility.FacebookException: Unauthorized source IP address (ip was: *.*.*.*)

I've developed a new facebook app. I launched it yesterday.  Today, I noticed in my error logs, an awful lot of "Facebook.Utility.FacebookException: Unauthorized source IP address (ip was: #.#.#.#)" errors.

Does anyone have any idea why?  The IP listed in the error, is the IP of my server and is white listed in the facebook application settings.  The app works sometimes, and other times it doesn't, I'm lost.  I'm new to facebook toolkit, but not to .net.

Thanks for the help.

My 2nd day of having an app live, so I assume the problem is my fault, and it was actually a glitch on the facebook servers.  http://developers.facebook.com/live_status.php
